Boning & Filleting Knives
Our handmade boning and filleting knives are thin, razor sharp and have a nice amount of flex to the blades. We make them in a range of sizes, from 6 inches to 9 inches. No matter the size, our handmade boning and filleting knives make butchery a breeze. Our boning knives have a nice amount of flex and thin blades to make quick work of any meat. Our filleting knives have plenty of flex and are scalpel sharp meaning they're a joy to use and ensure clean, accurate cuts. If you're wanting to tackle frozen food, bones or other hard items we'd recommend using one of our cleavers instead.
We make filleting and boning knives from both high carbon and stainless steels and use a wide range of durable and good looking handle materials.
